Lowes will send requests for order cancellations.

The cancellations are taken care of by Order Fulfillment. They also receive this order cancellation email, so the only action required is to:


Create/Run the following scenario:

  • Add Tags: Order Cancellation
  • Assign to Group/Agent: Data-Support/[yourself]
  • Set Type: Service Request
  • Add Note (as private note): Cancelled order. Orderfulfillment receives an email and takes care of it. No further action is required.
  • Set Status: Closed
