We receive email notification alerts from scheduled runs at 3:00am, 7:00am, 11:00am, 6:00pm and 7:00pm.

They can be dismissed. Any EDI errors that need to be fixed will be flagged in another ticket.


Create/Run the following scenario:

  • Add Tags: EDI Failure Notifications, 850
  • Assign Group/Agent: Data-Support/[yourself]
  • Set Type: Service Request
  • Add Note (as private note): Message generated by Automatic SendPOToAcct process ran at [insert time here (i.e. 11:00 AM)]. No further action is required.
  • Set Status: Closed
