App should be installed for all users. in case the user doesn't have the globe suite app on their computer, please follow the instructions below:
- Go to Y:\I.T\GLOBE SUITE\For script (msi files)\ Globe Suite and install this app
If the user doesn't have Y drive ( go to this path: \\vmmtldc2\NETLOGON and double click on GLOBEALL.BAT. ) if it is doesn't appear yet.
- Go to \\fsmtl\ALL\SHARED\ALL DEPTS\IT\Software\Globe suite and run the app on the user's PC.
- Once app installed, run gpupdate /force then open the app and select Canada and hit reapply all the updates.
